Note: High Net Worth Planning, Tax Planning, Performance Reporting, Investment Recommendations and Specific Product Recommendations are not included in the scope of Planning 360 services.

Financial planning administrative tasks supported include billing support with Advice Pay, building financial planning client profiles in approved planning software and Client Works, support with financial planning form F806.

Note: Advice Pay support is for advisors under LPL’s Corp RIA only. We do not assist with journaling of payment or payments by mail. Form F806 support is limited to DocuSign only (no mail).

Client Data Collection: This involves gathering relevant information from the client. It includes details such as financial statements, personal information, and goals.

Entry into Planning Software: Once the data is collected, it is entered into approved planning software. This step ensures that the information is organized, accessible, and can be used for financial planning and analysis.

In-client meeting support offers valuable assistance during client meetings. Here’s what’s included:

Note taking: Our team will diligently capture important points, discussions, and action items during the meeting. These notes serve as a record for future reference.

Navigating Planning Software: We’ll expertly navigate the planning software, ensuring seamless access to relevant data and reports. This allows advisors to focus on engaging with the client.

Scenario Modeling: We assist in creating and modeling scenarios to handle investors “what if” questions that require changes on the fly.

Note: That while we provide essential support, we do not directly engage with the client (with the exception of client data gathering) without the advisor present or offer personalized advice. Our role is to enhance the meeting experience and empower advisors in their interactions with clients.

Absolutely! By adding Planning 360 to your existing paraplanning subscription, you’ll continue to use your plan credits for both core and comprehensive plan creation. Additionally, you’ll gain the flexibility to utilize Planning 360 hours for extra plan creation services and to support your planning related needs.

Please note that unused hours do not “rollover” to the next month’s allotment, and excess hours do not deduct from the following month’s allotment. We understand that your actual usage may fluctuate, sometimes exceeding or falling below your monthly tier’s allocation. In either case, we won’t interrupt your service. Instead, we’ll monitor your usage and, if necessary, discuss potential options for adjusting your monthly tier.
